My supplier is unable or unwilling to provide me with the needed supply chain documentation claiming a confidentially agreement with their source so I'm looking to acknowledge my oversight in not requesting this from them before listing their items on Amazon and provide a plan of action of how I have/will resolve this in the future (I did ask Amazon if they were a company that Amazon would accept but Amazon was unable to confirm, I did use their invoices successfully for ungating before I sent any products to Amazon and the supplier said they would "provide any information needed if asked" only to find out when I asked for it that they couldn't) ***again my fault for trusting them and assuming the ungating process was the same as the authentic process***
