Wrong Clawback reimbursement taken from us

Wrong Clawback taken by Amazon

After Raising multiple case in amazon there team not even reimbursed this false clawback money to us they blaming a seller without knowing fact that this is lost and damage order id's and its not at all return to us and no one trying to return to us our office is open 9.30 Am to 7 pm and my phone is also available

Amazon it self mention that it's lost and damage case and amazon will reimburse after 50 days if not delivered to us

but now they taken clawback from us and blaming us for this which is completely wrong its huge order id how will this possible to not take that much returns and why will not a seller take it is not justified

Amazon team reply without even knowing this returns are not returned to us and its part of lost and damage order ids during transit mentioned on amazon portal itself and also at time when we are trying to file safe T claim error come with this

and we already raised ticket for it also that such order id's return are not back to us
