After many years of selling Pokemon products I have been gated for this and trying to get approval again. It is not all Pokemon products it just appears to be the ones that don't have the accent over the e.

I have invoices from a manufacturer but they are being rejected. Amazon are saying that they must have the terms of sale on them. Looking at most of my invoices from different suppliers they don't have the terms of sale on them. Is this something that is really required or are SS making it up?

There is no mention on any of the Amazon pages that the invoice must have the terms of sales on it.

Why is everything made so hard?
