The seller identity verification shows that it will be completed within 24 hours, but now it's 12 days and no reply
Dear Amazon Seller Support Team,
I uploaded my seller identity verification documents on August 17, 2023. The review page shows that the review will be completed within 24 hours, it's been 12 days overdue and still hasn't been processed.
The seller identity verification page still shows the status as "under review."

I had to do re-do mine, sent this morning and was all accepted after 2 hours

I was a year setting up mine, mind you i lost the will to live and gave up for a while. In the end i used the 'call me' and got a lady in the Irish call centre who confirmed all my documents were fine, addresses matched etc etc and there was no reason fr the delay. Every other seller support id got in touch with just told me to reupload the same docs over and over :(

It took me 2 months to get validated, it takes time, you need KYC option, and remember when you do get validated you must turn off Holiday mode to active
