Is it possible to request a disbursement from a deactivated account?

I am in a financial struggle and right at the wrong time my account got deactivated and Amazon are taking for ever to resolve the case, is it possible to get a disbursement while my account is deactivated? thank you.

You will have to reactivate your account before you can disburse and make sure your credit card details are live in case you have been suspended for a while.

You can email the disbursement team once the 90 days has past to request your funds but it depends on the reason for your suspension (fake or counterfeit products won’t get you a disbursement)

no - they usually send the suspension notice along with the notification of withheld funds
can you try and get your account reactivated?

Assuming it’s related to the IP violations from your other posts, no they won’t disburse until either they reinstate your account or you’ve waited the 90 days after which they may disburse the remaining funds.

If you want a quick payout you really need to resolve your suspension.

like the others have said unfortunately not you will have to get your account re-instated or wait 90 days when you will get your money unless of course you have been found to be selling inauthentic goods in which case you wouldnt get it

Thank you for your feedback stallion99, my last POA was not accepted. Here is my new POA i have created.

Root Cause:
complaint type: 6751036512
ASINS: B08813G3VS, B088PZRXDT, B07D25PJS4, B08PQFHMWL

  • I did not have the full understanding as a new inexperienced Seller on Amazon of the need for an authorised supplier to obtain stock listed on Amazon Marketplace.
  • I wrongfully misunderstood that branded items with an ‘sell’ feature was the sole deciding factor on whether or not a Seller can list that item irrespective of the brand.
  • I did not have the approval to sell under these branded ASINS: B08813G3VS, B088PZRXDT, B07D25PJS4, B08PQFHMWL

Actions taken to resolve this:

  • I have reviewed my inventory and deleted ASINS: B08813G3VS, B088PZRXDT, B07D25PJS4, B08PQFHMWL and all ASINS which the authenticity could not be verified with a valid invoice or receipt from the manufacturer /approved supplier to meet Amazon’s policy.
  • I have carefully studied Amazon policies on Anti-Counterfeiting and Intellectual Property Violations.

Steps moving forward:

  • I will message the brand owners requesting a Letter of Authorisation before i buy any branded items in the future to make sure i am eligble to list under the brand.
  • I will now ensure that all listings match that of the actual product and all listings will be reviewed on a daily basis. That I only source products from the manufacturer or approved retailers/wholesalers and have the relevant invoices in line with Amazon’s policy.
  • I have studied Amazon’s on Anti-Counterfeiting and Intellectual Property Violations and will review regularly to keep updated of any changes/amendments to policies.
  • I will now monitor and review my seller performance metrics to ensure my account is performing and maintaining within Amazon’s targets.
  • I hope this plan of action has addressed the reasons for my account deactivation I look forward to a favourable outcome of having my Seller Account reinstated.

I have attached screenshots showing i have no sales for the ASIN B07D25PJS4 and 1 refunded sale for the ASIN B088PZRXD , i have also attached an invoice for the ASIN B08PQFHMWL for which i sold 28 of.

i received this message from Amazon on my POA, for some reason its in chinese. It translates to ‘we are still reviewing your appeal and will get back to you shortly’ , is this a good sign they will accept my POA?

it has almost been 3 weeks since Amazon performance team replied with ‘we are still reviewing your appeal’… does anyone know how long this will take as im in serious financial difficulty because i have sunk all my savings into my amazon business.
