Amazon Storefront and Product issues
HELP.
Hello. I have been selling a few of my products the last few months on Amazon as I was just testing the platform. I was assigned a customer service person to help me set it up. I set up brand registry as my ABN Name and IP Name and Created products under my Brand Name. The category was generic as that's what she (amazon) told me to set up products under. I just created a store front to add the rest of the 5 products I have and brand is now the brand registry name.
The store front says its live and received an email but it's not there and rhe new products are not there. The old 4 products are on Amazon however (still).
I have no idea what's going on or what to do to fix it and make my storefront work.
Any help is appreciated!
