Product Condition Customer Complaints
Hello
I have received the customer complaint about wrong product that is appeared on my "Product Condition Customer Complaints".
I requested the amazon to recheck my inventory. they clarified that all inventory is perfect and no defect is found. I have appealed to amazon on the basis of rechecked inventory case and submit this case ID. But amazon didn't accept it. How can I resolve it?
I have sent correct inventory as amazon already confirm it. Customer received the wrong item may be due to amazon FBA service. How can I solve this issue?

I understand you have received a product condition complaint from a customer.
As all buyers expect to receive the item which is described in the product detail page, it is important to ensure all information and products you listing for sale are accurately depicted in the product detail page at all times. This also include photos, keywords, and other information present, whether it be buyer-facing or seller-facing only.
To resolve these, you will want to provide the reason for the dispute via the questionnaire on the account health page, accessed just to the right of the violation via the "submit appeal" button. In addition to filling this out, you will want to provide that case ID of the bin check as well as the invoice you have received from your supplier.
These invoices should meet specific requirements, such as:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
- You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
