A-2-Z Claims Issue with Same Buyer - SESA Shipping
We have received multiple a-2-z cases from the same buyer, Sesa Shipping. It appears that this is some type of 3rd party shipping service.
Each case has customer comments that are missing punctuation the same way: "Customer comments: “didnt arrive"
Each delivery shows as shipped and delivered on time, from both UPS and USPS.
Each case states “Because you provided sufficient information that proves order was actually received by the customer, we will not count the claim against your Order Defect Rate"
This means that we provided sufficient information that proves the order was received, which keeps the claim from affecting our ODR, but we are still charged for the product amount.
Shipments from 2024, all filed within days of each other with the name SARPER used as buyer contact:

We are getting the same issues with SESA Shipping opening up all cases saying they didnt receive their package. List of the orders below that they have opened. All of our orders with them were shipped by USPS so does not show the deliver to name.
They have us ship to them with 2 different addresses . They file item not received claims under both

Sesa Shipping just did the same to me. Tracking shows the order was delivered, but they opened a A-Z case commenting "dıdnt arrıve". Saying the item was not delivered and they received a full refund.

Just received a A-to-Z claim from this "SESA Shipping" as well. @Joey_Amazon- Since you responded to the older post - can you provide us information on why Amazon is allowing this company to scam us with A-to-Z claims?

Update - Of course Amazon granted the A-to-Z claim and I'm fighting seller support now with case ID 17687790671 to get my money back. I even provided links to these seller forum posts in the A-to-Z claim and the seller support claim.

I’m encountering the same issue with this buyer. We’ve submitted “Reported Abuse” requests for all of the transactions. Has anyone received any feedback from Amazon regarding this?
