A-Z INR Claims being awarded within 15 days

I use Amazon Buy Shipping for all my orders and even when orders are shipped on the same day they are received sometimes they miss the target delivery date at this time of the year by a day or two. I am then getting A-Z INR claims awarded against me, the latest one only six days from the order date! Amazon A-Z policy is clear that buyers should wait 15 days from the charge date before claiming: "To submit a claim, you must wait 15 days from the charge date....", but they seem to be ignoring this when considering claims.

https://pay.amazon.co.uk/help/201751470

Anyone having the same problem and getting these claims overturned? A reasonable amount of time needs to be given for the orders to arrive, particularly at this time of the year.
