Recurring Listing Creation Errors with Registered Brand and GS1 Purchased GTINs

Hi Amazon Seller Support Team,

I am experiencing ongoing issues when attempting to create listings using my registered brand and GS1 purchased GTINs. Despite having my brand properly registered and ensuring all GTINs are compliant, I frequently encounter listing creation errors that prevent me from moving forward.

Here are the issue numbers for some of the recent occurrences:

15013757691

15306853271

15424638281

Each time, I have to go through a frustrating and time-consuming process of contacting support and resolving the issue after multiple back-and-forth communications. While the issues do eventually get resolved, the repetitive nature of these problems is highly disruptive to my business operations.

I am reaching out to the forum in hopes that a technical member from the Amazon team can look into this recurring problem and provide a long-term solution. Ensuring a smoother listing creation process would greatly enhance the seller experience and efficiency.

How long ago did you get the numbers from GS1? It can take days/weeks for Amazon to synch up with their data base.

A portion of the issue may be related to the time it takes to synch the database as indicated by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp . Another issue may be associated with the information you provided to GS1. If the Brand Name and information your provided to Amazon is not identical to the information provided to GS1 the Brand verification may fail. At this time I recommend continuing to work with Seller Support with your open case and if this fails to resolve the issue please let me know here.

Internally I will continue to review provide your feedback to appropriate leadership, however I won't be able to provide updates. Thank you for your understanding.
