You would need to post the notice from Amazon stating they will not accept it, so we can get more detail on the problem. It is correct that Amazon verify secondary users, this is perfectly normal, we just need to work out why they are not accepting the documents.

Is there plenty of validity left on the passport, as if there is only limited amount til expiry, then Amazon do not accept it.
