Ads and HFSS

Hello,

I sell chocolates and I'm having difficulty getting my ads approved. It states that it is because of health reasons, however, other chocolatiers are able to sponsor their products on the site. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Best,

E

Hello @Seller_TqLpGNflYTrWC,

I'm Sarah with Amazon.

Have you had the chance to take a look at Food (Promotion and Placement) (England) Regulations 2021: foods high in fat, salt and sugar help page?

"Can I still advertise my HFSS products?

From 1 October 2022, new ads policies have been introduced covering advertising HFSS products in our UK store. For more information, see theRestricted content, products and services."

Have you tired to contact Amazon ads and ask in specific about the ASINs impacted?

Kind regards,

Sarah.
