Cancelled order customer not refunded

I recently cancelled an MFN oder but the cucstomer wasnt refunded and i dont know what to do

If the order was not marked despatched before it was cancelled, then the customer was not charged so there is nothing to refund.

If the customer is telling you they haven't received their refund, just let them know that any transaction showing on their statement is just a holding transaction which will be cancelled in due course.

If the customer is telling you they haven't received their refund, just let them know that any transaction showing on their statement is just a holding transaction which will be cancelled in due course.
