Good afternoon community!! It's been more than half a year since my account was deactivated, I started selling by adding myself to a list that didn't have an application to sell, and I received a lawsuit, it was a beginner's mistake since they didn't ask me for any permission nor was I alerted about anything when I was adding myself to the list, I didn't think it could happen, unfortunately I learned from this mistake. Today, quite a few months after informing myself about the platform's policies, I would like to re-establish my account, but when I ask for help with appeals, an automatic system responds to me and I don't know how to proceed. The last action I took was to complete a form with the actions I was going to take in the future to prevent the same problem from happening again.
