CPC certificate and test report rejected again and again
I have provided the CPC and Test report which was approved for the same product earlier but for variation of the same product is rejected and Amazon is keep asking for submission of CPC and Test report and I am submitting them but they are keep rejecting it. they sending me this email again and again. i provided all documents and details but they did not accept it. kindly someone help me regarding this issue what should I do?

Thank you for posting your concern with a child product certificate concerns.
The first question I have regarding the testing documentation is where they came from. Did you have these independent tested, or did your supplier test them?
Additionally, when these products were tested were all variations if needed tested as neded?

When you look at the images on your testing documentation and the detail page, are there concerns of images not matching?
You may need to work with your supplier to ensure all testing documents meet our requirements, or you may have to have them independently tested to ensure their compliance.
If new tests are required, our service provider network has a compliance section to help ensure you're using an appropriate facility.
