Why Amazon doesn't change my product subcategory to more relevant? Assistance needed

The problem has been going on since October 31st, when someone additionally assigned my product to not relevant at all beauty category and this caused wrong BSR display in my relevant category
On November 5th, Amazon removed a not relevant category and moved my product to a less relevant subcategory.
Relevant subcategory allows customers to find the product on the website easily. In case of incorrect node, customers may not be able to find my product.

May I ask you why the internal team does not want to change subcategory in CANADA to more relevant?
