I have changed my phone number and the phone on file is still my old phone number hence my OTP is going to my old number. I followed the recovery process steps …

Sent my passport file x8 times without any result

Called Support x2 to no avail

Opened up several cases—only to be looped back to the original problem

Extremely frustrating and disappointing! The problem of being locked out of one’s account is major and the front line support team treats it with stultifying ambivalence.
