Seller Messages "Response Needed" Tab Not Working

For probably 1-2 weeks now, we cannot pull up any messages with "response needed." We have to sift through all messages in order to see ones that need a response. This has left many messages left unattended to and almost going past the 24 hour deadline.

Any fix to this? Any help from supervisors please?

We have not received similar reports of the tab not working. If you haven't already contacted our Support team, is a good starting point:

If the issue continues after reporting it to Seller Support, feel free to drop the case ID here for further investigation.
