Did this just start happening? I'm not seeing anything else on forums yet, so wondering if you've already gone through the steps of clearing cookies or trying another browser? I'll monitor this thread for others chiming in and will escalate internally if needed.

I am having the same issue: I am unable to access the shipping settings page. I have tried using different browsers and also tried clearing cookies. but still, the issue persists.
