hazmat message
This product is under Hazmat review. Additional information about the batteries is required in order to complete the process.
This keeps appearing which is then stopping me from moving forward with sending the replenishments. The listing already says no batteries required. pls help.

Hi the only thing i can think of you doing is completing the hazmat process.
go to:
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/fba/compliance-dashboard/index.html
this is amazon's hazmat dashboard, your product should be showing up there as under review.(if not dont worry)
To the right hand side there is a section where you can download a battery exemption sheet.
Download that and fill in the information and under the section are batteries sold with this product put no, then save this file and send it via clicking the upload document tab next to the product, or if you product is not there, by clicking "upload document" at the top of the page and add you ASIN into it,
I hope this fixes your issue, usually takes 2-3 days for them to respond.

As per the Dangerous goods review process (hazmat) help page, one of the scenarios that can potentially trigger a product review is :
“Batteries are mentioned on the product detail page or in buyer reviews. In this case, you must complete and upload a battery exemption sheet. To start, go to Manage dangerous goods classification. Next, find your preferred language on the right side of the page and download the exemption sheet template.”
Please review the help page to find out more regarding the hazmat review process.
Let us know about the result.
@Seller_zKEt2RiaID5EUIt is a nicely detailed guide! Thank you for this.
