FBA Discrepancies; Increasing Problem Rates

We have been getting hit with more and more problem statuses on our FBA shipments because of an increasing amount of discrepancy issues according to Amazon. We are very careful with our inventory count before we ship to Amazon.

We also use Amazon partner carrier with UPS and print our labels from Amazon. I know these boxes are making it to their destinations, yet somehow we are still getting hit with a large amount of shipment discrepancies, whether it be "ghost" units or missing units. Just looking for some actual support that is not some automated message from Amazon.

I've also been having numerous problems with shipments to Dallas FTW1 . I have numerous shipments (4-5 at least recently) that they say they received zero items out of all of these shipments. They are saying I sent them empty boxes? Mine are always accurate and this is thousands of dollars worth of merchandise. It's seems to have started in december (maybe november). I think this might be a problem since they started having me ship to Dallas (instead of Memphis).

FTW1 has been a nightmare for us for the last 6-8 months. I am not sure if they are having some training issues or what. I am having massive discrepancies when receiving inventory....increased and decreased amounts, and they are actually relabeling products incorrectly (I believe to try and fix their counts). I send everything the same as I have for 7 years, when we are assigned to vegas or phoenix no issues. When we get assigned to FTW1 its a disaster. Just sent in 6900 units, right now they are saying they are receiving 7500, the counts are a mess, and customer complaints for wrong items are starting all over again.

I am having the same issues with my FBA shipments. I always triple count my products before they go in the box, ensure the labels are not faded, and SOMEHOW my units don't match up. I have never encountered this many issues with Amazon on FBA until just recently. 3 of my last shipments have discrepancies and when I've tried to find out when my units will be put on my shelves, they send me the same old automated messages that don't solve my problems. I've tried chatting with a live person and all I get is the run around. My inventory is stocking out and FBA is holding my products hostage for who knows what reasons. It's impacting my business!
