Around 4 years ago I wanted to become an Amazon seller. I opened a limited company, opened an Amazon seller account and started listing stock items. Within a few hours of starting listing a bot had suspended my account.

I went through the process of supplying invoices, but as I had agreed to buy the stock off a 2nd party (even though I had the invoices to him directly from the manufacturers) Amazon wouldn't accept it and the account remained suspended.

As a result I couldn't open the bank account as I couldn't make a business case and had no route to market. So I dropped out of the agreement and forfeited the deposit, removed all listings on Amazon and closed the limited company.

I also asked Amazon to close the account, but it said it would remain suspended.

However, I'm still getting emails from Amazon, now with fines, even though the account has been dormant for years.

It seems the only way to get the account closed is to reactivate it to good health and then shut it.

Given it is in an expires company's name and there are no listings I'm not sure how to do this. Amazon seller customer support won't help as my account is suspsended - any case I open to ask questions gets closed immediately - so how can I get my account closed please?
