Increasing vine units available
Hi All
I am new to FBA so hoping someone can help me with a couple of issues.
Vine - I enrolled my one and only product and offered 3 units initially. they have all been claimed by vine voices and so i want to offer a few more (up to 10 in total). I cannot find an option to increase the available units. I contacted customer support and they told me i cant increase even though i was entitled to 10 and only used 3. is it possible to increase the units available in vine?
Pictures and video - I am also having real problems with organising my pictures and video. I finally reorganised my pictures but my video is not showing on my product page. does anyone have any tips?
No clicks - I am not getting ANY clicks into my product page. I have a nice product which is new and unique, I have a registered trademark and I have a sponsored ad which is outperforming the other sponsored ads in regards making it to the top of the first page. nobody is clicking in to my page at all. i would image one or two would even out of curiosity but no. could there be another problem?

Stop and look from outside the box at what you are doing.
Remember, YOU are selling to make a profit. Amazon is selling to make a profit too, OFF OF YOU. Always pay attention to your desired profit that must be made per item. Amazon is designed to take your eyes off of your profits, by taking it from you before the items even sell. Once sellers realize what is going on, they usually lost all of their profit.
FBA: Did you test sell your product for at least a month yourself, using FBM? That way you know the salability of the product and if there is enough profit in the item to support all the fees Amazon will assess. Remember, all the FAB fees come out of your unearned profit whether the item sells or not.
Vine Program: Hopefully you test sold your item before entering into this program, so you have some sales data to justify your actions. If you are giving away 10 free items, make sure you add that loss into the remaining items increasing their price. If not, you are on your way downhill already.
There is no guarantee that giving away your product for free, you will get a glowing review. Sellers are shocked at getting bad reviews or simply no review at all.
Will the reviews help? Well, first a potential buyer has to find your product. If they can't find your item by the title, the reviews are useless. Is your title a 3-5 word, direct to the point title with no spamming words in It? Can you find your own product on the site not from Seller Central, but entering the site as a shopper? If not, you may want to fix that problem.
