Product Wrongfully Flagged as "Skin lightening and whitening products"

I am seeking assistance regarding my product (ASIN: B08MBBRYVQ), which has been incorrectly categorized as a "Skin lightening and whitening product." Despite multiple attempts, including opening numerous cases and submitting appeals, I have been unable to resolve this issue and re-list the product. As my product does not fall under this category, I am unable to provide the safety and compliance documentation required for this classification. Unfortunately, these documents are not existent for my product.
Could I please be advised on the best course of action to resolve this issue? Should I consider deleting the current listing and re-listing the product? If so, will this affect the reviews and ranking of the product?
Additionally, since the product has been flagged for compliance and delisted, I have been unable to update the product description to remove any language that may conflict with Amazon's policies. I would greatly appreciate your guidance in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance for your help.

The best action is to take a new UPC from GS1 and to create a new listing avoiding all lightening claims.
Then you have to print new FNSKUs and to stick over the old ones on the products.
If you have no inventory in a FBA warehouse this is an easy fix.
