Invoice Rejected for One of Two Identical Items from Same Supplier - Need Help!

Hi everyone,

I need some advice. I listed two items of the same brand on Amazon, both bought from the same supplier. I received an IP complaint for both items, so I submitted the invoice which clearly shows both items and the supplier details.

Amazon removed the IP violation for one of the items, but for the other item, they stated that the supplier is not verifiable. This makes no sense to me since both items are from the same brand and supplier, and they accepted the invoice for one but not the other.

To make things worse, every time I try to resubmit the invoice for the second item, it gets rejected within 3 seconds, without any proper review or consideration. Has anyone experienced this before? Any suggestions on what I can do?

In this case, I recommend that you contact the account health support team using the "Call Me Now" button located on your account health dashboard. Explain your unique situation so they can verify the issue and assist you further in reinstating your listing, as Amazon previously accepted your supplier's invoice.
