appealing product condition customer complaints
does anybody else have to submit invoices 3-5 times until someone looks and says....oh they brought 100 (Bentley's) last month from (Bentley) ...but hey ho we do not have enough information......i do not understand why its so hard
Even worse when i product is not the same as what amazon are looking for
angry is not a word for how much time is wasted with a complaint most probably from a competitor

This is Roberto. Does anything change from the first time you submit the invoices to when they are accepted? Are you being asked to provide additional information other than invoices?
