Need assistance, A-Z claim stuck "Under Review" since 2022, Amazon contact form says order doesn't exist in our store- Associates have no idea. Affecting our ODR.

I am hoping for some Mod or IT assistance here. We have an order, number 111-2818413-7985043 that has been Under Review in our A-Z claims page since 2022. When we click it, the page gives us an error and we cannot do anything. I have reached out via support chat 3 separate times, 2 associates ended the chat prematurely because they were confused, and one associate tried to be helpful and gave me a case number 17074505531, which I am not sure exists because he just kept asking me to leave good feedback the whole time.
When I fill out the contact form for seller support, I get a notification "This order does not exist in your store. Did we resolve your issue?" [Issue was resolved] [Chat with Support] I have screenshots of the order Under Review in our claims page, and a screenshot of the message from the contact form saying the order doesn't exist.
We would appreciate some help with this as it says it is affecting our ODR, plus, it is just bothersome to see an order from 2022 that can't seem to be removed. Update: I got an email from an Amazon associate which I can not reply to, that says they have transferred my case and to see details and updates or respond, click this link. When I click their link I get a completely blank page with a case ID. (attached) They said to respond here, but there is no information and it appears my prior case has disappeared? They also mentioned to look for an update on the original claim, however, as I've tried to explain, we are getting an error when clicking the order that it is not found in our store. This order has been sitting under review for over 2 years. Is there technical support? Can someone please reach out to me with an email that I can directly reply to? I can't even respond to the case because the page is now blank. @Joey_Amazon@Michelle_Amazon @Josh_Amazon@Danny_Amazon @Quincy_Amazon The order under review only has the option to refund, contact customer (doesn't work) or send feedback (I have). Again, there is an error message that this order does not belong to our store.
