Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated

I RESPECTFULLY ASK YOU TO HELP ME FIND A SOLUTION TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT!

Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated

I am writing to request your assistance in resolving an issue related to the deactivation of my selling account. I have been accused of supplying inauthentic products, despite having provided valid proof of authenticity along with other supporting documents.

The core of the issue revolves around proof of authenticity documents for the “Skinceuticals” product listed under the ASIN (B098GJL24J).

I sold a total of 2 such products.

To date, I have not received any authenticity complaints from customers or the brand owner.

When previously asked to submit valid invoices, I provided an invoice issued within the last 365 days. This invoice includes all required information, such as the buyer’s and supplier’s contact details, and it reflects a quantity sufficient to cover my sales for this product.

All items are sourced from suppliers based in the EEA.

o I have attached the purchase invoices.

o Proof of payment for all purchase invoices

o Transaction Details

o Proof of delivery for each package

o The invoices were certified by the seller with his official seal and signature

o Letter of reassurance

o Full supply chain proof document issued by the seller

o Certificate of authenticity

o Screenshot from the website where you can see details of your order

All my suppliers have a strong and credible online presence, with thousands of positive feedback/reviews across multiple resources.

The deactivation seems to result from misunderstandings rather than any deliberate policy violation. I aim for an Amazon Seller video verification call along with the manual review of my documents and reinstatement of my Amazon seller account.

Please tell me what to do!

I look forward to your help!

I appreciate it and thank you very much!

Respectfully: Robert

So you provided them with the required BRAND APPROVED, wholesale distributor invoices and a BRAND LOA authorizing you to retail that brand on Amazon?

That does not sound like wholesale distributors, that sounds like open to the public retailers.

Search help for "violation invoice requirements" and "sourcing guidelines"

Unfortunately, I do not have a BRAND LOA that authorizes the brand to retail on Amazon.

Amazon no longer accepts appeals that do not include ALL documentation that was requested. They will not accept "alternative' documents, they want exactly what they asked for.

In case of inauthentic claims, you will need to provide proof your items were authentic. That means proper b2B invoices from a BRAND APPROVED wholesale distributor and brand authorization to retail in their name on Amazon.
