3 Years selling Amazon Seller Systems Just get worse and worse
support gets worse, systems get more complicated. Thank god I only put a few hours a year into this business. If I did it full time I'd most likely jump off a bridge.
I don't know who the higher ups are at this company but its a real shape. Watch, over the next 5 - 10 years sites like TEMU will overrun amazon since amazon cannot get their act together helping and working with sellers.
A real shame to see another American company lost to foreign competition soon.
Sellers should NOT be DREADING talking to support fighting their way thru unknowledgeable Indian teams of gatekeepers speaking in broken english just to get a a knowledgeable friendly rep with understandable English

Sites like Temu & Shein stick it to their sellers way worse than Amazon does to its sellers. Those sites squeeze their domestic suppliers for almost every bit of profit. The sellers on those sites make peanuts. Not too long ago there were protests by thousands of sellers outside Temu headquarters. Their platforms are a mess too, even more so than the U.S. Platforms. Don't be fooled. The only difference is that the sellers there are more likely to work for peanuts because they have nothing else to fall back on whereas American sellers won't go through the hassle if it's not worth it or creating enough profit. They will fold up shop and move onto something else.
