Bank Account Verification Issues - shows WRONG individual's name, & WRONG Company Name
I've been trying to verify my 2nd bank account details.
it says "The Bank Account Holder Name you select on the “Verify Bank Account Page” matches the Bank Account Holder Name on your bank account statement you upload.".
But it shows WRONG individual's name, & WRONG Company Name in Verify Bank Account Page
Our Amazon account is registered under the company name, as a corp. and and My name as owner
Every time I try to verify my bank account it gets denied because the Bank Account Holder Name and the name of my bank account doesn't match.
I need Your help

The system shows the name as it was registered at the moment of creating the seller account.
Did you maybe take over that account from someone else? It is not allowed to transfer accounts and now you see the consequences.
I don't think that someone can give you a useful advice if this is the case.

Hello @Seller_Jez53bqdy6pq9,
Thank you for reaching out. I wanted to provide some resources to help you with the verification process. Please see below:
However, as mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACthe system will show the name as is was registered when the account was created. If you took this account over, we will not be able to help you. You would need to have the original account owner update the information.
Cheers,
Micah
