My brand removed from Brand Registry didn't get reply
My brands was removed from Brand Registry. I appealed several times but they rejected my appeal once and didn't reply me anymore. case: ID 15403099191. @amazon please help us understand how to properly appeal these removals and get my brand back to brand registry.

My name is Dougal and I will be happy to assist where I am able to regarding your brand being removed from Brand Registry.
While researching (thanks for the case ID), I checked the USPTO website to review your TM and noticed that your TM application was refused, dismissed, or invalidated by the Office and that the application is no longer active.
Having a registered TM is a requirement for Brand Registry so currently there is no way to reinstate your brand.
