Amazon Address in UK
Hi,
Amazon has recently deactivated my account and now holding over £10,000.00 i have contacted county court and they are asking to send a notice to amazon. Kindly can someone share amazon UK address so i can apply to court.
I will share my situation so you will be aware off if anyone of you fall into same situation.
i am a house wife and started selling on amazon few years back where my husband was helping me and in initial verification we informed amazon for the same. After few years one day I receive an email for identity verification which I done and after few days I got an email saying that my account is involved in fraudulent activity and will be deactivated. I contacted many times and tried to explain that how is this possible and kindly someone discuss with me if there is any issue but there was no help. I sent 100 of messages but unfortunately there was no reply. Now I am not sure what policy I have violated and no one from amazon is discussing what is the actual issue. If there is any policy issue amazon can discuss with me and we can sort that as we are genuinely trading and amazon should help if someone is new and do not know about policies. In short now account is deactivated and there is no help from amazon. I really wanted to work on amazon but there is absolutely no help from amazon. I am in stress for over two months now and do not know what to do. My business is ruined and now money is also stuck. Its our saving of many years where amazon is simply not replying. Please be careful when invest. i will keep you posted here about the outcome so you will all have the idea.

When they say fraudulent activity it usually means you have acted against a policy, but the initial email you received should have given you more information as to why account deactivated.
