Serious Sales Drop - Feature Offer Issue? - Request for Review
Happy Tuesday!
We have been selling on Amazon for over a decade and have never seen our sales drop like this especially right before Christmas.
Generally we sell over $10K per day and 50 units per day.
Today we have had $55 in sales and 1 unit.
It appears that we have Feature Offer Eligibility, but the buy box is not rotating our way.
We would like to have a moderator look into our account and advise as to how we can address the lack of sales that we are experiencing.
It is as if we have been suppressed or turned off and it is very concerning.
We have opened a support ticket 16807918201 and have not heard back yet.
Please advise if there is a deeper issue that we should be concerned about and how we can address it.

You are not alone. My sales have been systematically decreasing since November 2023. It has now bottomed out. After the re-verification law and the removal of "relevance" in the search tab, things are not going well. The next stop is a complete stop to sales.
