Request to reactivate your merchant account

Dear Amazon support team!

I hope this message finds you in good health. I am writing to appeal the deactivation of my seller account, which was apparently deactivated in error.

Unfortunately, I have received notification that my seller account has been deactivated and I am unclear as to the reason for this action. I have carefully followed Amazon's policies and guidelines, and I believe this deactivation may have occurred in error.

I kindly request your assistance in verifying my account and providing me with details regarding the specific reasons for its deactivation. In addition, I would like to provide any necessary information or documentation to promptly resolve any issues.

First, this is a FORUM and not Amazon so only other sellers are normally here to see questions and cries for help. The occasional MOD does stop by to monitor things and maybe one will see this.

If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.

Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…

THEN find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.

Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.

If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.

Were there other issues such as IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?

NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.
