"Amazon Charge Method Verification"

Good evening,

Writing here to get some ideas because let’s face it, we all share a common interest per-say.

I’m setting up my Amazon seller account and had problems after problems. My main issue currently is the charge payment verification. I’ve linked 3 cards to this to verify. One being Chase banking, starling and general visa debit. The chase and starling are both considered MasterCard’s though supposedly accepted via Amazon. All 3 have had their £1 fee placed to verify the account and 3 days later still awaiting verification.

I swear Amazon used to automatically verify this within the same period of adding the verification. (We won’t mention that I very carefully ticked the box for individual selling plan and was setup with the more expensive £25 plan a month which I now waiting for the downgrade, which will take days I’m sure )

There’s have been some reports if issues with Mastercard- not sure why
Visa should be ok but you’ll need to assign it to all EU as well as UK sites

Is this a secondary account ?
If so, are you adding different cards ?

How goes it @KBLite? Verified or is still in the process of being verified?

Hi ! I am a new seller and I’m having headaches getting “full access to my Sellers Account. My visa debit was accepted and I managed to get verified in Europe ,but every time I log on the message “ Credit Card Invalid” ,this despite the fact they’ve already received $30 from my debit card. If I register a new card and replace the card they’ve already charged will they withdraw another $30 ? I’m already frustrated.

But they had already verified it ,and assigned the EU stores? Now if I remove the card they have verified and add another, they’ll withdraw another $30 from new card.

Is that so? Thanks for that, I’ve just checked my bank statement and the £30 as well as the £0.87 each per Amazon store has already been deducted and my Sellers account remains restricted, I’m stuck now!
