Seller Certificate needed for VAT Registration in Germany
Our story in short:
Bulgarian company with Bulgarian VAT number wants to sell FBA from Germany.
To sell and hold stock in Germany the Bulgarian company must have VAT registration in Germany.
The Bulgarian company contacted AVASK because is a service provider for Tax and accounting, all the documents were provided to AVASK, all approved.
AVASK won't finish up registration because Amazon DE Seller Certificate is needed from Amazon.
No information from Amazon to my request where to get the certificate .
The company is stuck in the middle now.
Please Amazon, clarify where the Amazon DE Seller Certificate can be downloaded.

Something like a "Seller Certificate" does NOT exist. Please check this thread, wher an austrian seller had the same problem (inkl. explanation and solution):

Su should change the "service provider" immediately if he is not able to answer a question he asks himself...
