Unsuitable inventory investigations policy

Hello,

Please note that I am not fluent in English, so I am using Google Translate to write this post.

Recently, I received an email stating that one of my listings was flagged due to "insufficient inventory verification." The message included the following request:

To verify the supplier’s supply chain, please submit the following required documents and information:

A copy of invoices, receipts, contracts, delivery orders, or authorization letters from the supplier issued within the last 365 days.

If you are not the brand owner, include authorization documents and a complete set of paperwork to prove a valid supply chain.

If you are the brand owner, provide a copy of your brand registration certificate along with a business license or government-issued ID.

In response, I submitted:

A transaction statement (거래명세서) from the supplier,

An official tax invoice issued by the Korean National Tax Service, and

A letter of authorization (LOA) provided by the brand.

However, I keep receiving the same automated response again, stating the same document requirements.

I am confused and don’t know what further steps to take, as I have already submitted the original documents.

I would sincerely appreciate any help or guidance you could offer on how to resolve this issue.

Thank you.

I suppose (but am not sure) that Korean is NO supported language. So, you have to go to an official Translation Office and ask a "Notarized Translation". ONLY from an official Translation Office. Then you send the original and that translation in ONE pdf.

I see that you have yet to receive a response after submitting the requested information for an unsuitable inventory investigation, and you are seeking assistance with a resolution. I understand that the lack of clarity here is confusing for you, so I would like to take a look and offer support.

As I have limited visibility, I will need some additional information. Can you please provide me with an associated case ID from your account? You can also share the most recent notification you received, for clarity. Can you share the exact date you submitted the requested information?

Once I receive more information, I will collaborate with the appropriate teams to learn where you are at in this process and if further action is required from your end.

I look forward to your response and providing assistance. The forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
