I open the report in Notepad and then copy All and Paste into Excel

TXT format is what you get but you can open it with Excel.
Locate the file with File Explorer then right click on the filename and select "Open With", then Excel.

To change the report format from TEXT to CSV for your Active Inventory Report, try these steps:
- Go to Reports > Inventory Reports > Select "Active Listings Report"
- Before requesting the report, look for "Report Type" or "Format" option
