TXT format is what you get but you can open it with Excel.

Locate the file with File Explorer then right click on the filename and select "Open With", then Excel.

Hello @Seller_A2uETFdpTfxuX

To change the report format from TEXT to CSV for your Active Inventory Report, try these steps:

  • Go to Reports > Inventory Reports > Select "Active Listings Report"
  • Before requesting the report, look for "Report Type" or "Format" option
  • Choose CSV or Excel from the dropdown menu instead of TXT

Request the report and wait for it to generate

If you're still seeing only TEXT format, you may need to check your Report Settings. Here's how:

  • Go to Reports > Report Settings
  • Look for "Default Download Format"
  • Change it to CSV/Excel

For more detailed information, you can refer to the UK Seller Central help page:

Download an Inventory Report

If you're still having trouble, please let me know the specific report type you're trying to download, as some reports have different format options available.

Remember that after downloading in CSV format, you can easily open it in Excel for better data management and analysis.

Christine.
