System Error Preventing Return Completion – Ongoing Issue
Hi Moderators,
I have been dealing with an ongoing technical issue in Seller Central that prevents me from completing returns. Every time I try to finalize a return, I receive an error message stating, "There was a system error. Please try again in 15 minutes." However, no matter how long I wait and retry, the issue persists.
This has been happening for months on every return, making it impossible for me to process returns properly. I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference. I have also reached out to Seller Support, but the problem has not been resolved.
Can you please escalate this to the appropriate technical team? This issue is severely impacting my ability to manage returns efficiently, and I need a resolution as soon as possible.
