Backdated Orders
We have been been getting backdated order, today received over 50 orders with purchase dates up to 90 days old.
Anyone else facing same issue ?
Concerns:
- Delayed Shipment: Why are these orders delayed? Was this requested by the customer?
- Customer Experience Risk: If not requested, delays may lead to rejections or returns, increasing costs and impacting our return
rate, risking order blocking by Amazon.

Yes!!
At this point seller support is a joke in amazon , they say investigation is going on and then close out of blue .
Ops team and account manager were also not able to resolve this.
