Account unfairly Deactivated!
Amazon wanted to do a verification check, so they requested a verification document. The only document I could have is the UTR confirmation letter.
I called HMRC on the 2nd of July and requested a new document. They said it'll be 5-10 days. However, I still didn't receive it, so I kept calling them at least 5 times and all said it'll be with me on the 23rd of July. I waited and waited, and waited.
Once it was the 23rd, I called them again, they said it would be another week. I was furious. I asked them why and they said it was because of the global IT outage or simple printing issues. I just told them to order a new one because I couldn't trust HMRC with dates. However, a day later my account was deactivated. By the way, my listing was on hold the entire time so it was search-suppressed, so no sales this whole time (including both Prime Days!)
I just got the HMRC letter yesterday, and I sent them the letter. But they said I'm 'too late' now and, in other words, been permanently banned! They're threatening to get rid of my product, and I'll never be able to sell on here again. This means my life savings of years will go to waste. I never got paid by Amazon so never saw success, and just before things started to get better, they deactivated my account.
Is there anyone who faced issues like this?
I only have one PL product, overstocked, only getting a couple of sales a week. @Amazon please help. HMRC's printing issues were not in my control!

We have all been there one time {way} or the other. When did Amazon requested this document for your account verification?
You may have reacted very late to their request. I hope somebody with more experience will take it on.

Wow this is awful. Amazon should always accept the UTR confirmation even if it's late. it just makes no sense to punish you like that.
Some of these SS staff are getting very bold in their replies recently. I often get trolled by them when they are asking for info they just don't need and the seem to purposely close cases with no resolve just for fun. The only helpful ones are the forum mods.
I really hope this is not SS just having their fun at your expense.
Sorry i know I didn't bring any help to your case but I genuinely feel for you and your situation and I hope you manage to get your business back.
