Change Unit Count and Size

I'm hoping one of the admins on here can help me.

I'm a new seller on Amazon. I listed my product (I'm the brand owner and the only Amazon seller) but didn't fully understand the Unit Count field so put in the wrong entries. My product has 2 flavors and 3 sizes (6 variations). The sizes are basically packs (pack of 1, pack of 6 and pack of 12) for each flavor. The 2 flavors have different weights. For all 6, I entered the same unit count so only the pack of 1 of one flavor was correct. Somehow, one pack of 12 also got fixed by the remaining 4 are incorrect.

Since then, I've been trying to get it fixed for at over a month with no success. When I edit the product, I get error 8541. I've opened cases to no avail. I even deleted all my listings and waited 72 hours hoping it'd flush but when I tried adding the product, it still gave me the 8541 error saying my entered unit count and size didn't match Amazon's database. I now have a newly opened case where I detailed everything. Despite Amazon telling me to expect to hear back within 48 hours, I've now been waiting 96 hours to hear back. All this while, I've been unable to sell my product for months as I don't want the wrong size to be used.

Please someone help me. My case ID is 16060677451.

Thank you!

Why don't you just take new UPCs from GS1 and create a new parent with new children, instead of trying to repair the existing one?

Hello @Seller_EVNMRfgRa7PO2,

When you deleted your contributions did you fully remove your contributions by uploading a feed and putting an x in the add delete column as explained here? If you haven't, please try that and then relist after an hour. If your items are in FBA, note the ASIN's for each of your products before you fully delete them.

Let me know if you still have issues after you try this.

Thanks,

Michelle

Hello @Seller_EVNMRfgRa7PO2,

When you deleted your contributions did you fully remove your contributions by uploading a feed and putting an x in the add delete column as explained here? If you haven't, please try that and then relist after an hour. If your items are in FBA, note the ASIN's for each of your products before you fully delete them.

Let me know if you still have issues after you try this.

Thanks,

Michelle
