Account Set up

Hi im new to amazon and ive been setting up my account, ive added my business bank account now and verified multiple times being charged £1 each time and my account is still saying "Unable to charge"... i dont know what im doing wrong really, all details are correct and ive registered in all marketplaces even though im only trading in the UK... can someone please help?

The £1 charge is only a reserve and is not actually taken.Its only part of the verificatrion process. What bank/card have you entered? Is it on Amazon's approved list?
