PAN EU from UK storage

I am waiting for my German VAT number to arrive. Im thinking of doing Pan EU but I dont understand really. I am currently selling in the UK from my UK FBA storage. Can i send products to store in Germany under PAN EU? Or do I need to ship my products myself to Germany FBA centers? If so, what is the point of PAN EU?

Any clarification is great. Ive read all the docs, Still dont get it as a UK seller.

What you need to know is that the UK has left the EU.

When you activate PAN EU and store your products in the UK, your stock will be synchronised to other EU sites, but EU buyers will have to pay an additional cross-border delivery fee. Whereas if you store in an EU countries, UK buyers will need to pay an additional cross-border delivery fee.

If your sales are in line with projections, I recommend storing a separate shipment in both the UK and EU.
