Amazon is Damaging our brand by miscattegorizing our product!
Amazon randomly moved our top product from the correct Home & Kitchen category to the completely irrelevant Office Products category.
Ever since the switch, our item has seen a steep decline in sales due to limited visibility.
This is also affecting our ads as the category relevancy effects the impression generation.
We have filed many tickets and follow up every day to get Amazon to take action, but they only provide us with either templated response that they are working on it or that they wont update the category because office products is correct.

I guess it was competing with something Amazon sells, so they got rid of it....

I'm sorry you're having trouble updating the category for your listings. I've reviewed the related case and see that you were informed 1 day ago that the categories for the ASINs were updated. I've reviewed the categories for ASINs B07Q2HGH65, B078YHBZJ6, and B06XCK982P, and they are currently showing as Home & Kitchen on our end. Please allow some more time with the ETA given of 72 hours for this to update to the product detail pages.
