When processing an international return for orders shipped to US customers, Selling Partners who have a default US return address must use Amazon's prepaid returns service or offer a returnless refund.
Selling Partners who do not have a default US return address can employ the following options:
- Returnless refund for items under $25 if no US address is provided
- Provide a prepaid international return label
- Enroll with an international returns provider through Amazon's program
Please note that if a Selling Partner does not offer any of the above return methods within five days of a return request, Amazon may refund the customer on your behalf and charge the amount to your seller account.
