PLEASE help me start out, I haven't even listed yet!

Hello lovely people,
I have recently opened a sellers account with what I thought was just the UK. I was immediately charged £40.33 with the bank reference “USseller”. I have contacted Amazon by chat they sent me off to the USA chat and contacted them with several emails to get a refund as I don’t know what it is for and I didn’t want a USA account. Please could someone let me know how I cancel all accounts except the UK and how I get the refund, the only answer I have had is they cant refund it as they haven’t charged me anything. I don’t want to list anything just incase it goes out to all the other countries and I don’t want to post abroad.

If you go to settings and account info, on the right hand side you can click downgrade account. Make sure you do that for all marketplaces. You can then contact Seller Support and ask them for a refund on your charges.

Have you been fully verified as a ltd company? Have you read the seller university?
Make sure you’ve done both before listing anything
