I created a picture book that I’m selling for new, but ZBK Wholesale has now added a used listing for it as well for $10 more, and it’s showing up as the default buying option! My listing has to be searched for in the drop-down menu of “other new, used and collectible.” How did this happen? It seems like the switch maybe happened when I deactivated my account when I was on vacation? But I feel like I’m being sabotaged.

Also, a customer says they ordered the book and didn’t get an order confirmation. I don’t see any orders on my end, and worry it went to ZBK wholesale or something, but I can’t confirm that immediately. I have no idea what’s going on. I’m a very small seller.
