HELP Needed! Knowledgeable Sellers Advice Required. Restricted Product Dog Flea and Tick Collar Removed to sell but others still for sale.
Please can someone help, as we are not getting anywhere with seller central. We have been listing the brand for a dog flea and tick collar for the last 2 years. It has all of sudden been removed. The reason is they have given is that we can say its a policy violation to sell this product. But there are numerous other sellers selling this type of product. We can't see from any notifications or emails, or how we can rectify this and we are going around in circles with seller central. We have our own brand store for pet goods so we listed under our own EAN but that has been removed as well and we are not sure its this brand or something else that is going on with Amazon and any of these products as all pride and groom products have been removed. Can any one help or had a similar exp?

By the above - do you mean you listed the Pride + Groom product but with your own brand name?
Did the product in fact have its own barcode? It could be that Pride + Groom has been checked and the EAN you listed with flagged as an EAN that did not belong to Pride + Groom.

My listing also got removed and they said
"Products, without authorisation claiming to provide continuous protection against infestations are in breach of the Veterinary Medicines Regulations and qualify as unauthorised medicinal products in the UK. This product is therefore not permitted for sale on Amazon.co.uk."
Its just more bot nonsense I expect.
