Hi all,

We have had a major influx of completely obvious scammers, either not delivered (even though its a clear picture of the property) or no item in box (delivered in envelope , again clear picture) I know the next thing is the a-z claim which Amazon will side with the customer even though all evidence says delivered in tact...

How do we report these scammers, something must be do-able about this? With certain items we now ask for signed for at door (royal mail) but I can't spot all of them.
